Mettle’s Cadetship is a 3-year structured program that will provide you with practical hands-on experience, opportunities to learn from our team of industry professionals and, the right skills and competencies to set you up for a dynamic and successful construction career.
The program is the perfect springboard into a sustainable career with Mettle and the broader construction industry.
So far, I have made progress through several of the program modules and the Cadetship experience has been positive, I am continuing to develop my skills in these areas. The modules so far have been achievable to progress within and I believe I am currently on track to have all of them complete by the end of my rotation.
CADET
I am proud to have been given the opportunity to commence my career at Mettle. The Cadetship program saw my early days in the estimating department, where I learnt endless skills that I continue to use daily in my role. During my time spent in the front end part of the business, Mettle being an up and coming company provided me with exposure to work closely alongside Senior Management. Naturally this comes with great insight and opportunity to learn from the best. Emerging out of estimating and into a project delivery site role, Mettle equipped me with guidance and great mentoring. To date, progress of my personal and professional development can all be attributed to Mettle.
