Carl is a construction, property, development, and investment executive with more than 25 years’ experience across the full development lifecycle.
He has held senior leadership roles including Chief Investment Officer, General Manager and Head of Property, with responsibility for business growth, investment strategy, property development, commercial structuring and long-term business planning. His experience across contracting, development, and capital markets gives him a practical understanding of how projects, businesses, and commercial decisions are shaped from concept through to delivery.
At Mettle, Carl is responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, supporting strategic diversification and helping position the Group for sustainable long-term growth across new sectors and geographical markets, while supporting strong governance.
