He is well known within the Sydney market for delivering complex and award-winning projects for a diverse range of institutional, government and private clients.
In 2016, Matt established Mettle NSW and has successfully led the business ever since, growing the company into a trusted delivery partner with a strong reputation for quality, collaboration and client-focused outcomes.
Through his leadership, Mettle NSW has successfully delivered a broad portfolio of projects across multiple sectors. As NSW Director, Matt holds overall accountability for operations, providing strategic direction and oversight from project acquisition and pre-construction through to successful completion and handover.
