Mettle has been engaged under a design and construct model to deliver a major upgrade at St Joseph’s Catholic College. The project includes the refurbishment and structural reconfiguration of Block C, alongside the demolition of the existing two-storey Block G to make way for a new three-storey learning facility. Delivered within a live school environment, the works require careful planning and staging to minimise disruption while maintaining a safe and functional campus. The project will enhance the college’s learning spaces, providing modern facilities that support the school’s future growth and evolving educational needs.
