Mettle was engaged to complete an extensive refurbishment of The Magnum Ice Cream Company (TMICC) headquarters in Minto, part of the brand’s $30m upgrade to its Southwest Sydney manufacturing facility. Delivered across two levels, the works began with a complete strip out before creating a contemporary workplace that supports collaboration and innovation for the Streets team. The new space includes flexible open work zones, formal and informal meeting rooms, collaboration areas, multi faith contemplation rooms, new kitchen and breakout area, outdoor BBQ terrace, food laboratories, and dedicated health and wellness facilities.
